This event marked the culmination of the National Kidney Federation's five-year home dialysis campaign and brought together key stakeholders from across the kidney care community. The Summit aimed to address significant inequities in home dialysis provision, as data from the UK Renal Registry had clearly demonstrated that patients who dialysed at home experienced substantially better outcomes during the COVID-19 pandemic. What is an APPG? All-Party Parliamentary Groups (APPGs) are informal, cross-party, interest groups of MPs and Peers interested in a particular issue. APPGs do not have any power to make laws and are not funded by Parliament. There is a great number of APPGs, covering many and diverse fields such as health, education, transport, defence, finance, the media, and sports. Some APPGs have existed for many decades whereas others come and go in response to issues of the day. For more information, please visit the Parliament website. Please note - We are in the process of recruiting new members for the APPKG, please see the bottom of this page for how you can help. How can you help?
